We are seeking an experienced Casino Gaming Systems Manager. This role is a hands-on position and oversees day-to-day support of gaming applications, slot systems, player tracking, kiosks, interfaces, vendor platforms, and related infrastructure to ensure reliable business operations and regulatory compliance thought multiple locations. The position works closely with IT leadership, gaming operations, compliance, vendors, and property leadership to support system availability, issue resolution, technology upgrades, and continuous improvement.

Hours: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
• Manage daily support and administration of gaming systems, including slot management systems, player tracking, loyalty platforms, kiosks, bonusing, reporting interfaces, and related applications.
• Ensure gaming systems remain available, secure, properly monitored, and aligned with operational requirements.
• Partner with gaming operations, slot operations, marketing, finance, compliance, and property leadership to support business needs and resolve technology issues.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for gaming system incidents, outages, performance issues, and vendor-related support needs.
• Coordinate system upgrades, patches, configuration changes, conversions, integrations, and new gaming technology deployments.
• Support regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements related to gaming systems, access controls, change management, system logging, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate documentation of gaming systems, interfaces, vendor contacts, support procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
• Work with infrastructure, network, cybersecurity, and application teams to ensure gaming systems are properly integrated, backed up, secured, and monitored.
• Establish and follow change control procedures for gaming system updates, maintenance windows, and production changes.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to manage support cases, project deliverables, system enhancements, and service level expectations.
• Provide operational reporting to IT leadership on system health, open issues, project status, risks, and recommended improvements.
• Lead or support technology projects involving gaming systems, casino applications, kiosks, player loyalty systems, integrations, and property expansions.
• Provide guidance, training, and technical direction to IT team members supporting gaming systems and casino operations.
• Promote a service-driven IT culture focused on proactive monitoring, timely communication, accountability, and operational excellence.
Education and Minimum Requirements
• 5+ years of progressive IT experience, including support of enterprise applications, casino systems, gaming systems, or hospitality technology environments.
• Experience supporting casino or gaming operations, including slot systems, player tracking systems, kiosks, loyalty systems, gaming interfaces, or related platforms.
• Strong understanding of IT operations, incident management, change control, vendor management, and systems administration practices.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, SQL databases, networking fundamentals, Active Directory, and application support.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex application, interface, network, database, and infrastructure issues in a production environment.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, regulatory teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Strong documentation, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 gaming or hospitality environment where system availability is critical.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with gaming platforms such as IGT preferred, Aristocrat/Oasis, Konami, Everi, ATI, TITO-related systems, kiosks, or similar casino technology platforms.
• Experience supporting multi-property or multi-jurisdiction gaming environments.
• Knowledge of gaming regulatory requirements, audit practices, data retention expectations, and system access controls.
Experience with SQL reporting, data extracts, system integrations, APIs, or vendor-hosted applications.
• ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, or gaming technology certifications preferred. § Prior supervisory, lead, or management experience within an IT support or applications environment.
