Join our team as a day shift, full-time, Practice Manager Cardiology/CT Surgery in Topeka, KS.
Responsibilities
- The Practice Manager manages business operations and personnel for the Heart and Vascular Center including the Cardiology and CT Surgery Provider Clinics, Cardiac Rehabilitation and Cardiac Testing which includes areas of insurance, coding, compliance, scheduling of procedures, and departmental collaboration.
- Coordinates billing, accounts receivable, supply ordering, cost analysis and is responsible for payroll monitoring and reporting.
- Assists with the credentialing process for HVC and outreach locations and coordinates activities with other departments and participates in obtaining and maintaining qualified personnel.
- Responsible for environmental control of area.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Care Administration, or related field.
- A minimum of 2+ years of practice management experience.
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Licensed Registered Nurse.
- Strong business experience.
- Previous experience with coding and billing procedures.
- Familiarity with medical terminology.
