Virtua Cardiothoracic Surgery is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to join our growing and highly collaborative team. This inpatient-based role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced Cardiothoracic Surgeons in both the operating room and hospital setting, providing exceptional care to patients throughout their surgical journey.
Position Highlights

- Inpatient-only position
- Collaborative practice environment with Cardiothoracic Surgeons and multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- Current or eligible for New Jersey licensure
- Prior Cardiothoracic Surgery experience strongly preferred

In compliance with New Jersey pay transparency laws, all physician roles include a posted minimum base salary. The minimum base salary for this position is $144,000.00 per year. Final compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and prevailing market factors.
