Job DescriptionCombine comprehensive general cardiology care with an opportunity to grow a specialized atrial fibrillation program.
A growing and innovative cardiovascular program is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our collaborative team and help expand capacity within our general cardiology practice and structural heart program. This role will include a mix of clinic and inpatient general cardiology, procedures, and potential for Outreach providing comprehensive care to a diverse cardiology patient population. You will practice with a high degree of autonomy while benefiting from strong physician collaboration and support.
In addition to general cardiology, this position will have a dedicated focus on our growing atrial fibrillation program, initially supporting the left atrial appendage occlusion (LAAO) program. The APP will work alongside a multidisciplinary electrophysiology and cardiology team to provide guideline-directed care, risk factor modification, patient education, and coordinated procedural planning. There will be opportunities to expand into broader AFib care and help develop innovative, evidence-based pathways that improve access, care coordination, and outcomes.
Schedule- Full-time | 1.0 FTE 80 hours biweekly,
- Onsite: CentraCare Heart and Vascular Center, St. Cloud Hospital, Outreach: Approximately 1 day per month
- 4 Days (Day/Evening)/week | 10-hour shifts 7:00 - 5:00 or 7:30 - 5:30
- Weekends: 1:14 Call: No overnight call Holidays: Roughly 1 Holiday every other year
Pay and Benefits - Salary range: $121,345.50 - $163,829.33
- Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
- Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
- May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

QualificationsRequired:- Advanced Practice Provider Experience in Cardiology and/or Electrophysiology Required
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Eligibility for Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Preferred: - Experience in Program Development
