Position Overview- Employment type: Full-time
- Practice Model: Independent physician-owned cardiovascular group with strong referral relationships across Northern Nevada
- Schedule: Two procedural days in the hospital, two clinic days, and one Office Based Laboratory (OBL) day with flexibility based on shared procedural coverage
- Call: Shared clinic call
- Patient Volume: Approximately 20 patients daily in clinic, supported by APPs and dedicated staff
- Practice Setting: Main clinic in Reno, satellite clinic in Carson City, and third Northern Nevada location planned for 2027
- Support/Care Team: Dedicated MA and administrative support for every provider
- Technology & Infrastructure: Full device clinic; established OBL with future ASC conversion plans; functioning EP laboratories within partnering health systems; advanced cardiovascular diagnostic capabilities
- EMR: Athena
Responsibilities- Evaluate and manage patients across the spectrum of electrophysiology care
- Perform device implantation and a broad range of EP procedures
- Collaborate closely with cardiologists, APPs, and multidisciplinary support teams
- Participate in shared call coverage
- Utilize Athena EMR for clinical documentation
- Contribute to the continued growth of the electrophysiology program
Compensation & Benefits- Competitive Salary: In the $600K-$700K range - based on experience, productivity, and procedural scope

Required Qualifications- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiac Electrophysiology and Cardiovascular Medicine
- Active Nevada medical license or the ability to obtain upon hire
