Job Responsibilities- Leads multiple concurrent accounting advisory engagements related to capital markets transactions, complex business combinations, and transaction events.
- Applies advanced knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and complex accounting concepts to advise clients on transaction related accounting and reporting considerations.
- Oversees preparation and review of technical accounting analyses, position papers, and client deliverables.
- Manages engagement economics, staffing models, and resource deployment to ensure efficient and high quality delivery.
- Anticipates client needs, addresses complex issues, and identifies opportunities to enhance client value and service delivery.
- Collaborates with audit, tax, deal, and other advisory teams to provide integrated support across the deal lifecycle.
- Develops and mentors managers and senior team members while supporting practice growth and client relationship development.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- 9+ years of experience.
- Advanced knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and accounting standards.
- Demonstrated experience leading multiple complex engagements and managing teams.
Preferred Qualifications- CPA or equivalent certification.
- Experience supporting capital markets transactions, complex accounting consultations, or audit readiness initiatives.
- Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships.

The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $126,500 - $254,700
Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
