Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Communications, or a related field preferred
• 3-4 years of experience in capital reporting, training, or communications within real estate/facility management
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with AI tools
• Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving expertise
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with training diverse group audiences in-person and virtually

Responsibilities

• Support reporting and training for capital and tenant improvement projects
• Prepare and maintain capital spend and budget-variance reports
• Collaborate with Finance and Property Management for data accuracy
• Identify trends and budget risks, recommending process improvements
• Update capital forecasts and communicate with joint venture partners
• Design, deliver, and track training on capital processes and systems
• Prepare presentations and communication materials for stakeholders
• Assist during portfolio emergencies and other significant events
• Share best practices in reporting and training across teams
• Serve as the subject matter expert for capital policies and procedures
