Responsibilities
Manage multiple business valuation engagements simultaneously from planning through final report delivery.
Coordinate engagement timelines, staffing, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout valuation engagements.
Lead and review business valuation engagements for purposes including transaction advisory, succession planning, shareholder matters, litigation support, and tax planning.
Develop and review financial models using accepted valuation methodologies and analyze financial, operational, and market data.
Evaluate company performance, industry trends, risk factors, and key value drivers to support valuation conclusions.
Prepare and review valuation reports and supporting documentation.
Present valuation findings and explain complex financial concepts in a clear and practical manner.
Collaborate with attorneys, financial advisors, and internal professionals to support client objectives.
Supervise, mentor, and develop junior valuation team members.
Review staff work for accuracy, quality, and adherence to professional standards.
Assist with training, process improvements, and the continued growth of the valuation practice.
Support business development initiatives through networking, proposal participation, and relationship building.
Identify opportunities to expand advisory services and strengthen client relationships.
