This role will lead and manage valuation consulting engagements, oversee financial and valuation analyses, and deliver high-quality advisory services to clients. The Valuation Manager will also play an important role in developing team members, strengthening client relationships, supporting business development, and contributing to the continued growth and strategic direction of the practice.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple valuation consulting engagements from planning through completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables, timely execution, and exceptional client service.
Perform and oversee financial statement analysis, valuation analyses, industry and economic research, and the preparation and review of valuation reports.
Conduct management interviews and site visits to develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' businesses, operations, financial performance, and key value drivers.

Qualifications:

Experience with purchase price allocations, business enterprise valuations, intangible asset valuations, goodwill and long-lived asset impairment testing, and other financial reporting valuation engagements strongly preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of commonly accepted valuation methodologies, including income, market, and cost approaches.
Strong financial modeling skills and demonstrated experience analyzing historical and projected financial statements, management forecasts, market data, and valuation assumptions.

Experience managing multiple engagements and leading professional teams in a fast-paced environment.

The pay rate range for this job position is $110,000 - $155,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant's skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location.
