Business Unit Control - Senior Product Manager

What You'll Do
• Own product direction and long-term value for a portfolio of products or applications, translating demand from multiple business functions into a clear, cohesive roadmap
• Lead product development efforts for core applications supporting the firm's P&L, Street and PM financing, NAV, returns, and valuation controls across asset classes and product types traded globally
• Partner closely with Senior Leadership, funding desks, Treasury, Middle Office, Operations, Finance, and Technology to align priorities and drive execution
• Lead initiatives end to end, including new product implementations, enhancement of existing platforms, and definition of future-state product vision with appropriate controls embedded from the outset
• Work with Business Analysts and Technology team leads to assess effort, define acceptance criteria, and provide final release approval based on compiled test evidence and business intent
• Chair governance forums and prepare materials for program updates, bi-weekly prioritization reviews, and stakeholder discussions
• Serve as the senior point of contact for the workstream, guiding stakeholder discussions toward decisions and translating delivery progress into clear updates for senior leadership
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities, and turn them into practical, scalable solutions

What You Bring
• 8+ years of relevant experience in product management, business analysis, or a delivery-focused product function
• Demonstrated people management experience, including leading, mentoring, and developing Product Managers or similar delivery professionals
• Proven experience owning backlogs and prioritizing across multiple business functions, with a track record of turning competing demand into a coherent roadmap
• Strong judgment in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, with the ability to drive accountability and execution across teams without direct authority
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate delivery detail into clear, effective messaging for senior audiences
• Experience running governance forums and serving as a senior point of contact for leadership and key stakeholders
• Strong analytical and technical fluency, with the ability to engage credibly with engineering teams, assess feasibility and cost, and support data-driven decision-making
• Product or domain knowledge in P&L, financing, NAV, valuation, or other control systems within financial services is preferred; familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Agile delivery, UAT practices, and tools such as SQL, Python, Java, or AWS is advantageous

Salary Range
Millennium offers a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits. The estimated base salary range for this position is $160,000 to $250,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual's experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
