Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced
Senior Business Transformation Specialist to drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, business process optimization, and strategic improvement projects. This role will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate business performance, identify operational efficiencies, analyze financial data, and support strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business transformation, project management, financial analysis, process improvement, and performance reporting. This individual will play a key role in ensuring transformation initiatives are aligned with organizational objectives and delivered within established timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate enterprise-wide business transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals, project milestones, and expected outcomes.
- Develop and maintain project dashboards, KPI reports, and performance tracking tools to monitor progress and communicate project status.
- Facilitate project governance meetings, prepare executive presentations, document key decisions, and track action items and deliverables.
- Collect, validate, and analyze financial and operational data to identify business trends, performance gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop financial models, conduct scenario analysis, and evaluate business cases to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports covering key performance indicators (KPIs), profitability, cost optimization, and return on investment (ROI).
- Evaluate existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvement and operational optimization strategies.
- Develop process maps, workflow documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and business process improvement plans.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, IT, and other business stakeholders to drive transformation initiatives and ensure successful execution.
- Coordinate stakeholder communications, project updates, and executive-level reporting to maintain transparency and alignment throughout transformation programs.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks, and recommend corrective actions to ensure successful delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
