  • Document and communicate business requirements to IT architects, developers, and testers.
  • Plan and manage tasks within the application portfolio, including stakeholder communications.
  • Acquire knowledge about all technical and non-technical aspects of assigned projects.
  • Work with the systems maintenance team for a smooth project transition.
  • Drive issue resolution and deepen business knowledge while exploring technical alternatives.
  • Respond swiftly in a rapidly evolving business environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop specific business-focused strategic plans to be used by IT in developing roadmaps and long-term solutions.
  • Work with IT architecture to ensure strategic priorities drives value for the business.
