What You'll Do As a key contributor, you will:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements through stakeholder interviews and collaborative workshops.
- Serve as a liaison between business teams and technical resources to ensure project goals are clearly understood and executed.
- Manage and oversee the technical execution of multiple IT-related projects and initiatives.
- Analyze business systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and optimization.
- Document current-state processes and help design future-state solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Create detailed requirements documentation, process flows, data mappings, and system integration specifications.
- Support project planning, execution, and tracking activities while ensuring key milestones and deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Visio, Microsoft Word, and Excel to support project and requirements management.
- Facilitate meetings, presentations, and discussions with stakeholders across the organization.
- Identify risks, raise critical questions, and drive resolution of issues that could impact project success.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in a related field and at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience analyzing business systems and business processes to identify user needs and process improvements.
- Ability to map current-state workflows and develop future-state process models.
- Strong knowledge of requirements documentation tools including:
- Visio
- Jira
- Azure DevOps
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Experience documenting system integrations, metadata, and technical touchpoints.
- Knowledge of project planning and execution methodologies.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and business analysis methodologies.
- Exceptional presentation, facilitation, negotiation, collaboration, and influencing skills.
- Experience working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
