This role involves developing a deep understanding of affordable housing programs and the marketing and lease-up processes, a familiarity and fluency around technology - including AI - and a strong empathy for the end users of the technology solutions deployed to support these business processes. The ideal candidate will bring superb organizational and project management skills, keen attention to detail, and the desire to effect change in a dynamic, mission-driven work environment. The position offers the right candidate a clear path for professional growth and career advancement. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related questions from internal teams (Marketing, Asset Management, and Fair & Equitable Housing) and external stakeholders (applicants and housing providers)
  • Define, track, and report on key product metrics such as application completion rates, waitlist engagement, user satisfaction scores, and the number of successful housing placements facilitated by Housing Search
  • Make decisions about scope, design, and release timelines
  • Collaborate with the system development team to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of features
  • Help to facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and internal training materials

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
