What You'll Do
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across sales, success, and operations - from sourcing and outreach to offer and close.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and founders to deeply understand role needs, team structure, and success profiles.
  • Build and manage robust candidate pipelines, ensuring smooth and high-touch experiences.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, outbound, and community channels.
  • Track funnel performance, hiring velocity, and candidate quality metrics to continuously optimize.
  • Represent RepRally's brand in a competitive market - you'll be one of the first people candidates meet.
  • Contribute to broader hiring process improvements, tooling, and operational excellence.
