Job Description:We are seeking a Program Manager with New Product Introduction (NPI) and/or manufacturing experience to support AI, server, and data center-related programs. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams to drive new product launches from development through mass production, ensuring alignment with schedule, cost, and quality targets.
Key Responsibilities- Support end-to-end program management for AI, server, and data center NPI programs
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and operations
- Develop and track project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Drive execution to meet program schedules and production readiness targets
- Identify risks and issues early; support mitigation and escalation as needed
- Facilitate regular program meetings and provide clear status updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Ensure alignment between product development and manufacturing readiness (DFM, ramp planning, etc.)
- Support transition from prototype builds to mass production
Qualifications- 2-3 years of program/project management experience, preferably in NPI or manufacturing environments
- Exposure to AI, server, or data center hardware programs is preferred
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and product lifecycle
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint; Project or similar tools a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working with server, storage, networking, or data center hardware
- Familiarity with supply chain, production ramp, and factory operations
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project)
- PMP or similar certification is a plus
Work Location: Houston, TX
Salary range- $110-$125k(Actual compensation will be based on experience, skills, and internal equity.)
