Business / Process Engineer to support Digital Engineering transformation, engineering process modernization, business architecture development, and operational improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking, process improvement expertise, business architecture skills, and stakeholder engagement experience to help organizations improve performance and achieve mission objectives.
This role combines business process analysis, workflow optimization, requirements gathering, organizational readiness, and transformation support responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze current-state business and engineering processes.
- Develop future-state process models and improvement recommendations.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions.
- Gather and document business, operational, and technical requirements.
- Develop process flows, use cases, and business architecture artifacts.
- Identify business value, success metrics, and performance indicators.
- Support process reengineering and organizational transformation efforts.
- Develop documentation supporting business decisions and modernization initiatives.
- Assist with pilot programs and user adoption strategies.
- Support roadmap planning and capability assessments.
Required Qualifications- Minimum 5 years of business process analysis or process engineering experience.
- Experience gathering and analyzing requirements.
- Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Experience developing process maps and business workflows.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams.
Preferred Certifications- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
