Summary: The Business Process Analyst (BPA) supports the e-commerce business by ensuring a smooth customer experience and helping achieve sales goals. This role maintains and improves processes to meet customer demand, support growth, and ensure timely deliveries. The BPA collaborates across departments such as IT and Operations to solve operational challenges, implement sales channel strategies, and support the Process Improvement Manager. Compensation: This salaried, exempt position pays from $85,000 to $95,000 per year. The estimated annual pay for new hires generally ranges from $95,000 to $105,000 or more, depending on experience, education level and annual bonuses.
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities: - Organize, update, create, and improve best practices for direct-to-consumer (DTC) processes and workflows
- Collaborate across business functions to manage interdependencies and requirements for process improvements
- Lead culture of sharing and adopting best practices in DTC flows
- Support selection, development, and implementation of new tools and processes
- Support process execution to maintain compliance standards across markets and ensure deployment of DTC strategy in the US
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, delivering on time and within budget
- Coordinate communication and resource allocation between back office and warehouses
- Analyze and improve data visibility, scenario audits, analyses, and models continuously
- Apply qualitative an quantitative analytics to processes, including creating KPIs aligned with expectations
- Support strategies for gathering, analyzing, and disseminating data to back office partners
- Assist with maintenance, upgrades, testing, and implementation of tools, forums, and reporting enhancements
- Perform additional duties as required or requested.

- Use prototyping, modeling, and process flow tools effectively
- Define workflows and processes in a fast-paced, Agile, distributed environment
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Access, Excel, Project, and Vision.
