The Strategy & Business Operations team's mission is to support decision making on critical C-level topics and act as a force-multiplier for functional priorities across the organization. We are looking for a BizOps Lead to join the team, reporting to the Head of BizOps, focused on strategy, corporate development, and cross-functional projects.
In this intermediate level individual contributor role, you may:
Influence strategic decision-making by collaborating with and building consensus among leaders across the organization, including product, GTM, and research and engineering
Optimize pricing and packaging, ensuring that the company's offerings are both attractive to customers and profitable
Build financial models and analyses to evaluate new and existing opportunities
Contribute to corporate development activities: fundraising, strategic partnerships, investor relations, M&A, etc.
Conduct market and competitive analysis to anticipate and respond to emerging trends and to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth
This role is a good match if you:
Have 3-4 years of top tier investment banking / investing experience, ideally with a focus on software, technology, or digital infrastructure
OR Have 2-3 years of top tier consulting experience, ideally with a focus on software / technology; further experience in BizOps, product, or investing is also valued
Have some technical background (e.g., CS, EE, Applied Math, or related undergraduate degree, software engineering internships)
Are a clear communicator with a high-ownership mentality and bias to action
Are a problem solver: can operate at a level 4-5 on this hierarchy
