Job DescriptionInspire, excel and grow with usAre you energized by helping people get good at something? Do you enjoy turning a complicated tool into something a person can use with confidence? U.S. Bank is seeking a collaborative and creative analyst to own training and user enablement for the ARES platform and help our users get real value from it.
Why this role mattersA platform is only as good as its users' ability to use it well. This role owns the entire experience of learning ARES, from a new user's first session to the resources they turn to six months in. You will create the training, run the forums where users bring their questions, lead the champion network that carries knowledge into the business lines, and serve as a direct line between what users struggle with and what the platform team builds next. Your work is what turns a capable platform into an adopted one.
What you will do- Create and maintain ARES training content, including training videos, user guides, job aids, and reference materials
- Own the ARES Resource Center and SharePoint presence, keeping content accurate, findable, and genuinely useful
- Deliver live training sessions, including new user onboarding, use-case-specific training, and manager-focused sessions
- Host and coordinate recurring office hours with users and business line leadership, including scheduling, topic preparation, and follow-up
- Lead the ARES Champions program: recruitment, onboarding, engagement tracking, and the champion resource hub
- Develop and deliver user communications, including platform updates, release notifications, issue and outage communications, and the monthly newsletter
- Support the ARES shared mailbox, with a focus on user questions and how-to requests, and identify opportunities to deflect recurring questions into self-service content
- Design and run the user feedback program, including surveys and other feedback channels, and translate what users say into actionable recommendations for the platform roadmap
- Build and maintain reporting on training completion, adoption, user sentiment, and engagement, and present findings to management
Technologies and platformsDomo, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Forms), video creation and editing tools, and survey and reporting platforms.
What makes this opportunity excitingYou will own the full user experience of a platform that matters to the business, build a user feedback program from the ground up and see your recommendations shape the roadmap, and lead a champion network that extends your reach across multiple business lines. This is a highly visible role with direct exposure to Product, Technology, Operations, and business line leadership, on a team that is actively building its operating model rather than maintaining someone else's.
What success looks likeUsers know where to go for answers and find them. Training is current, engaging, and matched to how people really work. The champion network is active rather than nominal. Leadership has clear visibility into user sentiment and adoption, with a feedback loop that visibly closes so users can see that what they said produced change.
