We are looking for a motivated, driven, self-starter for the newly created role of Business Intelligence Analyst. The ideal candidate for this role will possess an analytic mind, excellent communication skills and a passion for customer success.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Functional business grouping of cloud IT environments for prospects and customers
- Data analysis of cost, usage, performance, and availability in cloud IT environments
- Business analysis of our customer's cloud cost allocation processes
- Implementing our cloud analytics platform into our customer's cloud cost and IT environments
- Prospect and customer project management and support
- Liaison between customer and engineering
Qualifications:
- MS or BS in IT or Finance, CS with MBA
- 2-5+ years relevant experience
- Finance and data analytics
- Business intelligence and project management
- Database programming in languages such as MySQL, R, SPSS
- Experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or equivalent
- Working knowledge of IT and cloud infrastructure
- Working knowledge of financial business processes
- Superior communication and organizational skills
- Proven outstanding customer awareness and success
