Qualifications

• Engineering degree with 7 years of relevant experience in mining or related industry.
• Proven project management skills with BI methodologies for measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills for developing models to simulate opportunities or problems.
• Effective communication skills for organizing complex information into models and reports.
• Track record of delivering high-quality results on time.
• Experience with Xeras and Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Business Improvement strategy for Coeur's Operations.
• Create efficient, innovative, and sustainable production strategies to enhance capacity and reduce costs.
• Steer projects that boost annual production beyond the core business plan.
• Identify and implement improvements for safety and environmental performance.
• Manage development and implementation of BI-related tools and processes.
• Establish a Business Improvement framework, including training and engagement in site activities.
• Drive continuous improvement across all operations.
