Implementation & Operational Readiness

• Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, IT, and Solution Design teams to support operational readiness for new sites, processes, and automation solutions.
• Support operational design and process definition activities required for successful startup or retrofit.
• Ensure implementation outcomes align with agreed service levels, capacity requirements, and performance targets at handover.

Financial Oversight

• Manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Provide detailed financial reporting and analysis to senior leadership.
• Identify cost and risk mitigation opportunities without compromising delivery or service quality

Team Leadership

• Lead and influence cross-functional project teams in a matrix environment
• Provide direction, clarity, and support to team members to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Ensure appropriate resourcing and coordination across project phases
