This is a professional position responsible to provide a high level of business, financial and data systems support of various federal, state, local, and private contracts, agreements, and grants. The position requires a broad knowledge of public agency processes, along with expertise in grant administration, program development, and public engagement. The work varies from project to project, with assignments involving coordination and communication with leadership, internal staff and community partners.
Generally, the hiring range is $68,953-$86,191 annually. Qualifications, education and experience as it relates to the position will be taken into consideration when determining hiring salary.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Public Administration, Accounting, Finance, or closely related field. And, three (3) years of progressively responsible public administration, project administration, or closely related experience. Candidates with governmental budgeting experience are preferred. A combination of education and experience may be considered.

In the event of an emergency/disaster in or near the County, all County employees are expected to make every effort to be available to assist the County Manager, Elected/Appointed Officials and Department Directors to ensure the continued operation of any and all necessary County functions. This may mean being available to perform additional duties and hours beyond what is normally required. In the event that an exempt employee does work more than 40 hours a week in support of County operations during an emergency, such employee may receive overtime or other appropriate wage compensation in accordance with existing County policies or at the discretion of the County.
