This role is ideal for a highly motivated business development professional with a strong network across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast commercial finance community and a demonstrated ability to originate and develop new client relationships. The successful candidate will bring experience within factoring, asset-based lending, commercial banking, or specialty finance and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Qualifications
  • Minimum 10+ years of business development experience within factoring, asset-based lending, commercial banking, or specialty finance
  • Established referral network including accountants, attorneys, bankers, consultants, and financial intermediaries throughout Mid-Atlantic and Southeast
  • Strong financial statement analysis and credit evaluation skills
  • Proven ability to source, develop, and close new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams
  • Willingness to travel throughout the greater Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions and attend industry-related events and conferences
