Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales
• Develop new business opportunities for Unified Restorations' Specialty Contents services, including artwork, textiles, electronics, and related restoration services.
• Prospect for new clients and referral partners throughout the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with insurance adjusters, carriers, restoration contractors, property professionals, claims organizations, and other industry partners.
• Consistently perform the daily sales activities necessary to develop a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, demonstrations, site visits, and other business development activities.
• Identify key accounts and referral sources within the assigned territory.
• Develop existing client relationships to increase engagement, referrals, and revenue.
• Meet established sales activity, client interaction, pipeline, and revenue goals.
• Represent Unified Restorations at industry meetings, events, associations, and networking opportunities.

Account & Relationship Management
• Maintain consistent communication with existing and prospective clients.
• Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers and referral partners.
• Provide responsive, professional communication throughout the sales and project-development process.
• Serve as a point of contact between clients and Unified Restorations when new opportunities arise.
• Identify client needs and help connect customers with the appropriate Unified Restorations resources.
• Work with the Director of Sales to develop account strategies and pursue larger opportunities.
• Support long-term account retention through consistent communication and high-quality service.

Sales Activity & CRM Management
• Maintain accurate client, opportunity, activity, and account information within the company's CRM platform, Salesforce.
• Document meetings, calls, opportunities, referrals, and relevant account information.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of active and prospective opportunities.
• Participate in sales forecasting, territory planning, and account reviews with the Director of Sales.
• Track follow-up activities and maintain consistent engagement with prospective and existing clients.
• Provide market feedback and identify potential opportunities, competitors, and emerging client needs.

Field & Client Support
• Respond to residential and commercial property losses when client support or business development requires an on-site presence.
• Enter properties that may have been affected by fire, smoke, water, or other damage to meet with clients and understand project needs.
• Help coordinate communication between customers and Unified Restorations' estimating, project management, logistics, and restoration teams.
• Support the initial intake and coordination of new opportunities when appropriate.
• Maintain a professional, neat, and clean appearance that represents the Unified Restorations brand.
• Safely operate company vehicles when required and in accordance with company policies.
• As a member of a growing organization, occasionally assist with responsibilities outside the traditional scope of sales when necessary to support customers or company operations.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven sales professional who is motivated by developing new business and building long-term partnerships.

Successful candidates will demonstrate:
• Strong business-to-business sales and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive approach to prospecting and new account development.
• The ability to communicate confidently with insurance professionals, contractors, executives, property owners, and other decision-makers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort conducting presentations, client meetings, networking activities, and site visits.
• A high degree of personal accountability and self-motivation.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• The ability to independently manage a territory and sales pipeline.
• A professional, service-oriented approach consistent with the Unified Restorations brand.
• A desire to grow professionally as Unified Restorations expands its sales organization.

Experience within insurance claims, property restoration, remediation, construction, specialty contents, or another relationship-driven service industry is highly valued.

Required Background
• Two or more years of business-to-business sales, outside sales, account management, or comparable relationship-development experience preferred.
• Experience with consultative or relationship-based selling preferred.
• Experience within insurance claims, restoration, remediation, construction, property services, or a related industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market and occasionally travel out of town.
• Ability to work outside normal business hours when client or emergency-response needs require it.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and related business software.

Because this position may occasionally participate in site visits or field activities, candidates must also be able to:
• Lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.
• Safely use ladders or scaffolding when appropriate.
• Stand or walk for extended periods.
• Enter residential, commercial, warehouse, and restoration environments.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

This position includes a combination of base salary and commission-based compensation.
• Expected total annual compensation package: $60,000-$110,000+
• Compensation consists of base salary plus commission.
• Uncapped commission opportunity provides additional earning potential for strong sales performance.
• Company vehicle or vehicle allowance may be provided at the company's discretion.
• Additional performance incentives may be available based on individual and company results.

Actual compensation will depend on experience, sales performance, territory development, and revenue generation.

Benefits Include
• Paid vacation
• Paid sick leave
• Paid company holidays
• Floating holidays, subject to company policy
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance options

This is an opportunity to join our sales organization at an early stage and help build a territory rather than simply inherit an established book of business.

You will work directly with an experienced Director of Sales, develop relationships across the insurance and restoration industries, and have the opportunity to grow your responsibilities as the company and sales organization expand.

We are looking for a motivated sales professional who wants to build relationships, develop a market, generate meaningful revenue, and grow with the organization.
