Position Overview

Trilogy LLC is seeking a driven and commercially focused Business Development Manager to expand our presence. This role is responsible for generating revenue through sand separator equipment rentals and supporting broader service line growth where opportunities exist.

This is a field-based, customer-facing role focused on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and converting them into revenue. The ideal candidate understands the dynamics of flowback operations, sand management, and wellsite performance, and can effectively position Trilogy's capabilities as a value-driven solution.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a territory plan focused on increasing sand separator equipment rental utilization.
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with operators, completions teams, and service companies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers including engineers, foremen, and field supervisors
• Actively track customer activity, upcoming projects, and bid opportunities within the region
• Coordinate with operations to ensure successful deployment and execution of equipment in the field
• Support pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations in alignment with company objectives
• Contribute to overall revenue growth by identifying opportunities for bundled services and additional offerings
• Maintain consistent communication with the Director of Business Development on pipeline, activity, and performance
• Represent Trilogy LLC in a professional manner in all customer interactions and field engagements
