This position will be responsible for supporting equipment sales through financing and finance program development, while achieving sales growth and profitability of the Division. Managing and developing the staff across Canada will also be a responsibility.
The Business Development Manager plays a key role in driving the success of Brandt Finance by supporting equipment sales through innovative financing solutions and program development. This position is responsible for achieving divisional sales growth and profitability targets while managing and developing a team of Retail Finance Managers across Ontario and Saskatchewan.
The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership with a deep understanding of sales strategy and customer-focused finance solutions to foster long-term success for the company, customers, and employees.
What You Will Be Responsible For
