We are seeking a results-driven
Manager, Business Development, who is passionate about partnerships and business strategy. In this role, you will build and advance a high-quality partnership pipeline by identifying, evaluating, and progressing opportunities that drive growth. The role will be focused on the Snapfish Global consumer business.
The Partnerships team is a small fast-paced, high-performing group. You will be a point of contact for both our internal and external stakeholders. This position requires strategic thinking, creativity, and leadership skills, as you will be called upon to identify and drive priority initiatives while working cross-functionally with our Product, Engineering, Design, Merchandising, Marketing, Finance and Legal teams.
Responsibilities - Build and advance a high-quality partnership pipeline that supports Snapfish's strategy and growth goals
- Source prospective partners, cultivate relationships, and progress individual opportunities through the business development funnel
- Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities by assessing strategic fit, customer impact, commercial potential, operational feasibility, and business value
- Develop business cases, recommendations, and execution plans that support partnership prioritization and deal progression
- Collect insights and prepare reports detailing business progress, market trends, and partnership feedback
- Ability to represent partners internally and Snapfish externally in ongoing strategic discussions
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and collaborate with all levels of management internally and externally to strengthen partnerships and maximize the benefit for Shutterfly and its partners
- Coordinate cross-functional deal support across Product, Engineering, Design, Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Operations to move opportunities toward launch-ready handoff
- Own launch-ready handoff by ensuring partner context, business objectives, key terms, operational requirements, and success metrics are clearly documented for execution teams

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in partner management, business development, management consulting, or related
- Ability to work across global time zones
- Experience developing financial models, business cases, or business development
- Previous experience in retail or technology environments a plus

The compensation package for this role is based on multiple factors, such as job level, responsibilities, location, and candidate experience. The base pay ranges included below are specific to the locations listed, and may not be applicable to other locations.
California : [$101,000-$143,000]
Connecticut and New York: [$101,000-$131,000]
Colorado, Illinois, Minnesota and Washington: [$101,000-$121,250]
Nevada: [$95,000-$131,000]
Maryland and New Jersey: [$109,000-$131,000]
Hawaii : [$101,000 - $114,000]
