The Business Development Manager is a territory-based outside sales representative responsible for growing revenue and customer relationships across Exentec's cleanroom and dryroom envelope product portfolio. This individual contributor identifies and develops opportunities, builds relationships with prospective and existing customers, and manages the sales process from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, and award. The role partners with internal teams to align customer requirements with Exentec solutions and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.

Upholds the company's core values when working with prospective customers, existing customers, and fellow employees.
Develops and executes territory sales plans based on market intelligence, customer needs, and company goals.
Communicates Exentec's value proposition and differentiators using knowledge of cleanroom and dryroom markets, customers, and competitors.
Identifies, qualifies, and develops new customers and opportunities for the full cleanroom envelope product portfolio.
Build and maintain relationships with client decision-makers, partners, and key industry contacts.
Gathers and analyzes market and opportunity data to support business planning and decision-making.
Schedules and leads customer meetings, site visits, presentations, and follow-up activities.
Coordinates with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, risk reviews, and customer solutions.
Maintains accurate and current opportunity, account, and activity information in Salesforce.
Addresses customer questions and objections and supports negotiations through award.
Collaborate with the Managing Director and sales team members on sales meetings, goal setting, win/loss reporting, territory roadmaps, conventions, and trade shows.
