What you have- 5+ years experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and/or enterprise sales in engineering-heavy markets
- Established network across one or more (cyber)physical engineering systems industries, such as software, automotive, aerospace, robotics, critical infrastructure, communications, transportation
- Proven track record of building relationships and generating opportunities from the ground up
- Excellent written and verbal communication and strong technical fluency
- Ability to operate independently and create momentum from scratch
- Openness to learning and using AI tools, agents, and emerging technology
