Job DescriptionThe Infosys Business Development Executive is a unique sales professional who combines a passion for innovation with the ability to help businesses leverage cutting-edge technologies that shape the future. As part of the Manufacturing team, the candidate will serve as the strategic and operational partner to the Head of Sales, driving daily operational rigor, GTM strategy, sales performance management, and cross-functional governance across sales, marketing, GTM, and value-design teams. This high-impact role is responsible for aligning stakeholders, enabling sales effectiveness, and accelerating new logo growth across the Americas while helping organizations unlock opportunities in areas such as digital transformation, cybersecurity, data analytics, and emerging technologies.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of this role include partnering with sales / value design leadership, industry leadership and marketing team to design and develop go-to-market strategies, Driving unit level strategic initiatives to improve pipeline generation, win rates, and revenue growth. The role will drive operations excellence while developing and maintain sales dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting
The ideal candidate for this role would be a highly analytical and results-oriented professional who combines strategic thinking with operational rigor. They can translate data into actionable insights, influence senior stakeholders, and drive initiatives that accelerate revenue growth while improving sales effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution (will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education) and 5+ years of work experience. Alternatively, a Master degree and 3+ years of work experience
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Dallas, Texas or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
- Aptitude and attitude to rapidly learn and abstract ideas, industries, technologies and solutions
- Empathetic and strategic mindset with a broad-based understanding of industry and business
- Experience and/or desire to work in a global delivery environment

Preferred Qualifications:- Experience independently leading portfolios and mining
- Experience providing market development, competitor analysis and opportunity analysis

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements
Estimated annual salary range for candidates based in the US will be Max-$106,000 & Min-$88,000
