About the Role

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain and strategically expand a list of assigned and target accounts, with a strong focus on developing new relationships and markets.
Identify and pursue target companies and industries to support BOS's expansion into new markets.
Register and manage Requests for Quotes (RFQs) within the sales database, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation.
Review and manage orders, contributing to achieving monthly and annual revenue and margin targets.
Work with the VP of Sales and Marketing to develop and execute a sales plan focused on new business growth and market expansion.
Develop and execute an annual business plan outlining key industries, accounts, and growth strategies.
Conduct sales visits, lead customer discussions, and present technical solutions that align with customer needs and BOS capabilities.

Requirements

Responsible for developing and growing business across an assigned territory within the Southern United States, including identifying new accounts, industries, and market opportunities.
Regular travel throughout the assigned territory is required for customer meetings, site visits, business development activities, and industry events. Travel to BOS's Canadian facility will also be required.
