We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional based in the USA to acquire new clients and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate must have strong existing client relationships and a ready client database in the US Healthcare and service-oriented outsourcing domain. This role is focused on new client acquisition, not account management.
Responsibilities- Bring new clients from existing contacts and client database
- Own end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, proposal, negotiation and closure
- Acquire clients in the following service lines:
- US Healthcare RCM (Revenue Cycle Management)
- Scheduling Appointments/Patient Experience
- Personal Injury (Legal Support Services)
- Other process-driven / service-oriented outsourcing operations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, Country Heads, Directors)
- Represent the company in client meetings, virtual presentations, and negotiations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Coordinate with delivery and operations teams for smooth onboarding
- Provide market intelligence and competitor insights
Requirements- Must have an active client database and proven contacts in the US market
- Demonstrated success in closing US clients independently
- Experience selling Healthcare RCM or similar BPO / KPO services
- Strong understanding of US healthcare workflows and compliance
- Ability to generate business without heavy marketing dependency
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications- Prior experience selling offshore / India-based delivery models
- Existing relationships with: Healthcare providers, Medical billing companies, Law firms (Personal Injury) & Hospitals, clinics, MSOs
- Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant processes
