Sentar is seeking a hands-on
Business Development / Capture Manager to drive growth across our cybersecurity, intelligence, software development, and mission systems portfolio.
This is not a purely strategic role.
We are looking for someone who can identify, shape, and win new business end-to-end-from early customer engagement through proposal submission and contract award. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable in front of the customer, building a capture strategy, writing proposal content, and closing deals.

- teaming strategy
- pricing strategy (in coordination with our Pricing Manager)
- Drive proposal development hands-on, including:
- writing sections
- developing technical approaches
- supporting BOEs
- Work closely with internal stakeholders but do not rely on large support teams-this role requires direct execution
- Lead gate reviews, bid/no-bid decisions, and capture reviews
- Close deals-own the outcome from pipeline to award
Qualifications:Clearance Level: Secret or ability to obtain
Education: Bachelors degree preferred
Must-Have Experience- 10+ years in government contracting and 5 years of BD/capture

- Strong understanding of DoD/IC markets, ideally in cybersecurity, intelligence, or mission systems
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute win strategies that result in awards
