Job DescriptionAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly driven
Business Development Manager to expand our
Generative AI (GenAI) and Model-as-a-Service (MaaS) business globally.
This role owns the full sales lifecycle-from building pipeline to closing deals-and works closely with solution architects and product teams to deliver impactful AI solutions to customers.
What You'll Do- Drive AI Revenue Growth
- Own end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of global AI clients (startups, ISVs, enterprises)
- Engage with AI-Native Customers
- Partner with customers to understand their AI use cases and business needs
- Co-create AI solutions leveraging large language models (LLMs), agents, and cloud infrastructure
- Lead Strategic Accounts
- Build relationships with C-level and technical stakeholders
- Drive long-term account growth, retention, and expansion
- Go-to-Market & Strategy
- Stay current on GenAI trends (LLMs, agents, RAG, etc.)
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine GTM strategy
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with solution architects to move deals from POC to production
- Support demos, workshops, and technical discussions when needed
What We're Looking For- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales / business development / pre-sales in:
- AI / GenAI / Cloud / SaaS
- Strong understanding of:
- Generative AI, LLMs, or AI applications
- Cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure / Alibaba Cloud)
- Proven ability to:
- Manage pipeline and close deals
- Sell complex technical solutions
- Familiarity with:
- MaaS / SaaS / token-based business models (big plus)
- RAG, AI agents, or prompt engineering (nice to have)
- Strong communication skills with both:
- Business stakeholders
- Technical teams
- Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus)
