Responsibilities:- Lead the Plan-to-Perform process and collaborate cross-functionally to align financial goals with operational execution.
- Report the financial performance of the entity in a timely and detailed manner, including the income statement, balance sheet, and KPIs.
- Drive cost and inventory analysis, proactively identifying opportunities and communicating insights to stakeholders.
- Manage internal and external audits and ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and Code of Conduct requirements.
- Act as a co-pilot to the General Manager, contributing to strategic decisions and business planning.
- Promote financial accountability across the organization through training, tools, and self-service BI reporting.
- Lead risk management efforts and develop contingency plans to safeguard the business.
- Champion internal controls and ensure robust financial governance
Knowledge/Education:- Bachelor's degree in a financial discipline from an accredited four-year college or university.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Controller.
- Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including advanced Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Infor M3 and/or Infor Syteline.
- Knowledge of reporting tools like Power BI.
Skills and Abilities:- Ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and make recommendations.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all company departments, with other group colleagues, and with third parties.
- Ability to work with strict time deadlines during financial reporting.
- Positive attitude, analytical approach with problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
