Position: Business Banking Officer, VP Salary: Dependent on experience Location: Middleton, North Dakota
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and expand a portfolio of business clients, including small- to mid-size companies across diverse industries.
Foster and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored banking solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for business customers, proactively addressing inquiries, concerns, and opportunities for growth.
Monitor and manage risk by ensuring compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:
