About Role

The Business Aviation Account Executive (MRO) is a high-impact Individual Contributor role responsible for new customer acquisition, product evangelization, solution selling, relationship management, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of success in a technology environment, with demonstrated ability to acquire new customers, drive product adoption, and grow assigned accounts. This role is well suited for a highly motivated sales professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can effectively manage a high volume of accounts and opportunities.

Job Duties

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive satisfaction, retention, product adoption, and share of wallet.
  • Execute new customer targeting and prospecting programs by researching prospective organizations and identifying the appropriate customer stakeholders.
  • Generate new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.
  • Identify decision makers within targeted organizations, secure meetings, and drive opportunities through the sales process to closure.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead qualification, product demonstrations, pricing proposals, negotiations, and closing.
  • Build and track sales KPIs to optimize sales processes and improve sales velocity.
  • Coach customer stakeholders and build internal consensus around Veryon's Work Center solutions.
  • Independently and collaboratively develop strategies to address deal-level challenges and remove barriers to closing.
  • Drive increased Work Center sales volume and deal size through effective prospecting, solution selling, and account development.
  • Partner closely with internal Implementation and Development teams to support accurate quoting, smooth delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Report account activity, opportunity status, pipeline progress, and other relevant sales information.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Participate in sales and marketing activities that support customer acquisition, pipeline development, and revenue growth.
  • Manage a high volume of concurrent opportunities and customer relationships while maintaining strong follow-through and customer engagement.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years of demonstrated success selling complex enterprise software solutions.
  • Experience selling software solutions into Aerospace, Defense, Industrial, or other complex B2B environments is preferred.
  • Proven ability to systematically identify customer challenges, understand business needs, and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close.
  • Strong business ethics and polished, professional sales presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different customer audiences and organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead effective sales presentations and communicate value with confidence and authority.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to effectively manage customer conversations, influence outcomes, and reduce sales cycle time.
  • Ability to identify key customer stakeholders, build relationships quickly, and develop consensus among multiple decision makers.
  • Ability to work effectively with a wide range of internal stakeholders to drive successful customer outcomes.
  • Proven quota achievement or quota-beating performance with a strong focus on results.
  • Highly self-directed and able to take initiative with minimal supervision.
