Business Architecture Manager (Accenture LLP; Austin, TX): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Business Architecture Manager in Austin, TX, and the job duties are as follows:
- Develop an integrated view of the enterprise using a repeatable approach, cohesive framework, and available industry standard techniques.
- Gather and analyze information to define and review project specifications and requirements.
- Write functional specifications, use cases, and requirements that describe the necessary system changes or new system features.
- Develop strategy and functionality, and demonstrate the functional solutions to business, IT client, and the development team.
- Provide technical support to the development team to use the functional specifications and requirements to develop technical solutions.
- Identify and assess complex problems and create solutions that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors that are implemented by the team.
- Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments, and make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management.
- Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.
Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:
- Designing, architecting, configuring, coding, testing, and deploying Oracle BI solutions for global customers;
- Implementing and utilizing Oracle delivered BI applications to enhance and customize solutions for the client needs;
- Upgrading and migrating BI solutions with cloud-based functionalities catering to specific business requirements across clients and industries;
- Gathering requirements and working with offshore team members and onsite process architects for coordination and day-to-day delivery of projects;
- Overseeing senior onshore stakeholders, providing status updates, communicating risks and issues, and obtaining senior stakeholder guidance;
- Providing functional support for global companies, including troubleshooting IT and functional issues, and providing business solutions;
- Strategizing with client teams on future-ready application projects to build and optimize user experience; and
- Managing day-to-day operations, including SLA tracking, reporting, and defect tracking.
Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:
- Utilizing Oracle analytical tools, including Fusion AI Data Platform, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), and BI Publisher; and
- Utilizing ETL tools including Oracle Data Integrator and Informatica.
Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
