-8+ years of experience gathering requirements from user
-6+ years of experience designing technical and business requirement documentation
-4+ years of experience with Agile methodology / SCRUM processes and ceremonies
-3+ years of experience maintaining and organizing Epics, Features, User Stories, and Tasks using Azure DevOps backlog management tools (Kanban board, Sprint board, etc.).

Preferred:
-Experience using Azure DevOps for backlog and work item management
-Experience supporting Product Owners in Agile delivery environments.
