About the role

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.

Draft and maintain functional documentation (specifications, user stories, use cases, workflows, etc.).

Contribute to the definition and evolution of the data model and business processes.

Ensure consistency and traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Support technical teams during development and validate the alignment of delivered solutions with business needs.

Actively participate in functional testing, UAT, and validation of deliverables.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of analysis methods and tools.

Mentor, guide, or coach junior BAs when required.

About you

Proven experience (5–7 years minimum) as a Business Analyst, ideally in complex environments (data, IT, digital transformation, finance, etc.).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesis skills.

Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills with diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and/or Waterfall.

Solid understanding of technical concepts (data, information systems, APIs, integrations).

Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously and effectively prioritize.

Professional English proficiency (written and spoken).
