Responsibilities: • Should liaise with business teams to understand Business Processes and should be able to extract business Rules • Should be able to model rules using • Delivery ownership ODM rules requirements • Work with development team in order to implement rules • Experience in Global Delivery Model working with Offshore teams Skill Requirement: • Should have experience in conducting Business workshops to harvest rules • Should have hands on experience in modelling rules • Should have iLog / ODM project implementation experience • Strong customer interfacing skills, written and Verbal Communication skills is a must • Working Experience in agile development projects • Experience with IBM BPM in conjunction with iLOG will be a plus
