Responsibilities:- As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems assessing the business model and its integration with technology
- Your day to day activities will include assessing the current state identifying customer requirements and defining the future state and business solutions
- You will research gather and synthesize information to support decision making
- You are expected to be a subject matter expert collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively take responsibility for team decisions engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
- Providing solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams is a critical part of this role
- Expert proficiency in Agile Business Analysis is required
- Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools Business Process Design Requirements Analysis and Business Model Strategy is suggested
- Develop comprehensive process models and documentation to support business transformation initiatives
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions
- Support less experienced colleagues by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex analysis tasks
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices and methodologies within the team
- Evaluate emerging trends and tools to enhance the effectiveness of business process and requirements analysis
Client requires onsite presence Monday through Friday in Pleasant Prairie, WI
Basic Qualifications:- Minimum 4 years of experience Agile Business Analysis
