Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, surveys, and process analysis.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand business needs and translate them into functional specifications and user stories.
Analyze current business processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and automation.
Support the design, testing, implementation, and deployment of new applications, system enhancements, and process improvements.
Facilitate communication between business users, project teams, and IT development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), process maps, reports, dashboards, and other project documentation.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), training, change management, and post-implementation support activities.
Monitor project progress and help ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
