Qualifications

• Secret Clearance required due to access to classified information.
• Minimum of seven years' experience with Navy ERP or SAP, specifically in areas like User Management and various modules.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and presentations.
• Ability to work independently and effectively with senior/executive level customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective customer service.
• Familiarity with help desk systems like NHDSM or Service Now is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is necessary.
