Position Description: CGI is looking for a Business Analyst with Acquisition Domain knowledge, program management and budget execution and contract management skills. Who will provide technical and administrative support to SAF/AQ and other Department of the Air Force organizations to execute Government directed acquisition activities.
This position is located in Arlington, VA.
Your future duties and responsibilities: The activities the analyst will conduct and support SAF/AQX include:
. Acquisition domain knowledge area.
. Analysis for Department of War (DoW) and Department of Air Force (DAF) customers/clients
. Program Management responsibilities.
. Experience Writing Use Cases and test Scripts to develop the following capabilities:
? Requirements Management.
? Prioritization & Budget Allocation.
? Forecasting & Spend Plans.
? Budget Execution.
? Contract Management.
? Financial Reconciliation.
? Reporting Analytics.
. Work location: Arlington, VA
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . Master's or bachelor's in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of related experience
. Experience with Acquisition, Contract Management and or Budget Execution activities
. US Citizens ship and an active Secret clearance
. Occasional travel may be required in support of the mission.
Desired qualifications/non essential skills required:
. 10 years of related experience
. Familiarity with PMRT and CcAR.
. Information synthesis, organization, attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to meet deadlines are critical skills for this position.
. Strong oral and written communication skills for the senior executive level.
. Ability to assimilate, organize, and distill complex information quickly and efficiently.
. Ability to produce results in a time constrained environment.
. Ability to work from high level requirements through detailed specifications.
. Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
. Must be able to maintain a positive, customer service attitude under stressful conditions.
. Occasional travel may be required in support of the mission.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $79,600.00 $172,400.00.
