Description:
The position is responsible for providing ongoing maintenance and enhancement support Michigan Foster Care Portal, a Salesforce application for MDHHS.
Michigan Foster Care Portal is a one stop place for families to apply and obtain their license and all information regarding fostering in one place. It currently supports submitting inquiries and application processing. The CPAs (Child Placement Agency) help users with training and processes to obtain licenses to become a foster home. Information on the portal requires continuous updates and maintenance as part of the project work.
Good understanding of the functionalities provided by the Salesforce platform, in turn helping to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.
Working with business and stakeholders to meet their evolving needs. Work with cross functional teams on the same ORG and other ORGs to meet the business needs.
Skills Required:
  • 5-8 years of Business Analyst Experience
  • Experience working with the Salesforce Platform and its applications.
  • Experience designing technical and business requirement documents.
  • Experience as a liaison between business and technical groups.
  • Extensive experience using Azure DevOps, FIGMA and VISIO, MS office products.
  • Good requirement elicitation skills, analytical skills, and ability to understand the bigger picture.
  • Ability to prepare technical user manuals, system configuration documents and other technical reports.
  • Multitask as tester if needed.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to write basic SQL queries.
  • Experience in Agile methodology.
  • Knowledge of IBM Middleware solutions is a plus.
  • Experience in training junior BA is a plus.
