• NGA-W assignments may be located at Springfield, Chantilly, McLean, the Pentagon, Charlottesville, Virginia, or another approved NGA-W duty location, as directed by the Government.

• Regular schedule is generally 40 hours per week. Crisis or emergency conditions may require temporary surge support, including weekend work. This is not a deployment position.

Clearance Requirement

Current Top Secret; SCI eligibility/access required for assignment
• Must possess a current Top-Secret clearance and be eligible for favorable NGA adjudication for SCI access. Active TS/SCI access is required before performing TS/SCI work. Additional accesses may be required by assignment.
• Personnel may be subject to a Counterintelligence-Scope Polygraph examination at NGA request.

What You'll Work On
• Lead senior-level program and project management activities, including strategic plans, policies, SOPs, schedules, risks, resources, stakeholders, and delivery outcomes.
• Lead process improvement and re-engineering efforts to modernize governance, workflows, and business functions.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of metrics, data, organizational performance, and program outcomes and translate findings into executive recommendations.
• Develop executive briefings, talking points, white papers, strategic project plans, and other leadership decision products.
• Establish performance measures, monitor results, and recommend or implement performance-based improvements.
• Lead cross-functional working groups, facilitate senior stakeholder engagements, and represent the organization with IC/DoD partners as assigned.
• Mentor team members, strengthen analytical quality, and provide strategic direction in complex or ambiguous environments.
• Support SharePoint, data visualization, enterprise applications, UI/business-tool requirements, or other technical business functions as assigned.
• Apply practical AI/ML-enabled tools, where available and appropriate within NGA, to improve workflows, business processes, analysis, or performance measurement.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to present complex strategies, data, metrics, and recommendations to senior leadership and external partners.
• Proven record managing large-scale, cross-functional projects or initiatives, including risk, resources, timelines, competing priorities, and stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex information and data into strategic recommendations and evaluate the results of implemented strategies or improvements.
• Advanced proficiency with business applications used for presentations, written products, analysis, collaboration, and SharePoint-based sites.
