Responsibilities
• Test new builds, programming changes, design modifications, and changes to database structure for funds systems/applications.
• Create process flows that map current procedures and workflows.
• Create and update workflow and procedure manuals.
• Provide technical training and on-going support for system processes and policy-based procedures.
• Attend meetings and daily communication sessions to keep abreast of project objectives, process workflows and progress of business concepts.
• Assist in maintaining and tracking the progress of the team's work in an enterprise application.
• Provide backup to the Senior Manager, Business Analyst and support for outstanding projects.
• Design and compile ad hoc reports based upon the emerging needs of the business.
• Work with Child Care Fund (CCF) and Child Care Corporation (CCC) team members and SSD staff to provide guidance and support on related tasks.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, Funds, and vendors.
• Communicate effectively and collaboratively with internal staff, leadership, and external customers in a professional manner.
• Perform special projects and assignments as directed by management.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Science related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of Business Analyst experience including gathering and composing business requirements documents preferred.
• Experience with web-based applications and CRM technology with knowledge of Business Intelligence tools e.g., QlikView desired.
• Intermediate level of Microsoft Office/Suite applications (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). Advanced level in Excel and Access applications preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - oral, written and listening.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce CRM, Azure DevOps Services.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools e.g., QlikView desirable.
• Knowledge of SQL is desirable
• Understanding of conditional logic to compose data queries, analysis and reports, and gain a thorough understanding of data output and potential business implications.
